Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Cincinnati NE - Red Bank Road, an IHG Hotel

My room was the biggest standard double queen room I've ever stayed in. It was clean and comfortable; very well maintained. The complimentary bathroom toiletries were Dove brand and not generic which I appreciated. The pool was a nice temperature to swim in and front desk staff were friendly and welcoming.

I cannot say enough about how fantastic the staff is there!

The location was absolutely perfect for my weekend in Cincinnati a family trip that required additional housing accommodations! The front desk staff was amazing ( sorry i forgot her name, but she was beautiful, professional and extremely helpful with long braids)from check in to check out! The suite was beautiful and the most important, the bed was so comfortable!

It was in close proximity of several places we needed to go such as MI Cozumel Heritage Bank Center and Kenwood Mall. The morning after our stay we asked for a soulfood restaurant location. Turns out there was 1 less than a mile away.. The staff webt above and beyond by calling to see if the business was open and even gave us a back up plan if they hadn't been Ms. Millies hit the spot. Loved breakfast and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay at this Holiday Day Inn Express and Suites in the future. It does sit off the road but our gps came in handy.

The rooms were very spacious, nicely designed and very comfortable. I was very pleased to have an adjoining room too. The facility in general felt very new, clean and bright.
